    2. Like the two stories/novellas before this one, "A Blizzard Wedding" was written by a group of authors round-robin style. Given that, it comes off pretty well — some incongruous events that are probably the result of fast, unedited writing done just for fun: Joshua cannot possibly handle all the pieces of luggage that are described, Rachel really carried her wedding dress on the plane and in the shuttle and that's not mentioned, Luke waits to have his wrist set until after the wedding/honeymoon [...]

    3. Good short holiday story. This story had me guessing the whole way through and made me realize I am becoming a cynic. Not something you would expect from a very romantic story. I read it all in one sitting as part of my Christmas in July party, lol. I love the characters and hope that Ivy and Joshua have their own story They really make the book for me :)

    4. "Prayers never worry and worriers never pray" love this quote from this book. I need to keep on reminding myself about this too. Awesome short story and love the fact that it's a Christian love story too.

    5. Will a blizzard bury this couple's wedding plans?Luke and Rachel are ready to get married on Valentine's Day but a blizzard sets things awry. Will they be able to save their wedding? So many things went wrong regarding Luke and Rachel's wedding that it began to feel depressing. I was almost ready to give up on the story in the middle but then things turned a bit more positive so I was able to go on. The special touches that Ivy and Joshua came up with to add to the wedding at the end also ended t [...]

    6. Overall, I thought this was a brilliant short story of romance. I was pleased with how the book was written and I enjoyed reading it from the start all the way to the end. I felt my heart melt by the end if the book as everything turned out for the best.I would read this again, especially if it's snowing outside. It's a good book to read indoors with the fireplace on and a warm drink.

    7. A beautifully written story, you would not want to put down until you've finished. I would recommend to Christian romance readers.

    8. nice storyIt was good. Not really what I call a love story. But it was in its own way. It was a good read.

    9. Note: This review may contain spoilers for both Lightning Strikes and After the Storm.Sigh. There isn't much to say for this lame excuse of a novella. The final book in the Lightning Strikes series was just as, if not, stupider than the rest of the series. It takes place a few months after the end of After the Storm and Rachel and Luke are now engaged. What!?, you scream at me. Yes, I know its been only what - three months? But its true love, guys. Doesn't that make it all okay!? No, it doesn't. [...]

    10. Typically I wouldn’t review a book this old for a holiday spotlight, as I would prefer to showcase newer books or books by authors with new books coming out soon. I chose to include this book though because I was intrigued by how it was written. Books by many authors is nothing new, however they are generally an anthology of short stories and this particular story was written in a round robin style. This is a popular online forum game that my son and I have played since he was old enough to ma [...]

    11. Why was I reading about blizzards in May? Hmmm.I was looking for something really short to read while I was waiting for a friend today. So there. This is a book by a group of authors. Basically each author wrote a section and took the story where he/she wanted. The end result is available for free on . I have many comments about this one, but I'll try to make it shorter. For starters, there are so many spelling mistakes. Like lots of them. I don't know if they edited it or what, but still they'r [...]

    12. Part 3 of 3 of a "Round Robin Writing Project Books involved are: Lightening Strikes, After the Storm, and Blizzard Wedding. Now, if you are not familiar with "round robin" writing, it's a BLAST. One writer starts the story, writes so much, then hands the story off to the next writer. There are NO RULES!!! The next writer can take the story wherever they want. When they are done, the story is passed along to a 3rd, writer, and so forth, until you run out of writers, or the story is completed. (ho [...]

    13. I didn't like this third short novella in the Lightning Strikes series as well as the other two. Just like the first two volumes, it was written round-robin style by several authors. This time it didn't seem to flow together quite as well, and there were several things that seemed too unbelievable. (view spoiler)[ For example, the groom breaks his wrist in a car accident badly enough that he need surgery to place a pin in it, but he is somehow able to get discharged from the hospital and wait un [...]

    14. This was a very short romance novel, written by a group of women. The bride and groom are to meet at a Mountain resort, to be wed on Valentine's Day, with just a few friends, and family members. A big storm comes up, and delays the arrival of the groom, and the parents of the groom and the bride. The groom has a car accident on his way, and breaks his wrist, and has a concussion. I have broken both of my wrists, and can't imagine getting married within a few days. It was kind of sweet, but there [...]

    15. A Blizzard Wedding is a Christian contemporary romance where Luke and Rachel plan a Valentine Day wedding at a romantic ski lodge only to have a blizzard hit to make it almost impossible with the groom arriving just before the ceremony and the family almost missing it too. Rachel's cousin Ivy the maid of honor comes through to help save the day with the help of the best man. It turns out to be very romantic and special, just as weddings are supposed to be.

    16. When i got the first book i wasn't sure if i was going to like it which i did so i went on a little hunt and got the rest which were also free, and i can't say that i was disappointed although short it compacted a lot into the book. There was adventure, a wedding (obviously) and drama which made this book a favorite i would recommend this to anyone.

    17. What a whirlwind of wedding plans during a horrid snow storm, but it all comes together and the wedding goes off without a hitch, with no electric, they have gas for baking the cake, candles for the altar and it was a beautiful sight. It just shows us that true love can overcome bad weather.

    18. Judge NotEveryone is guilty of judging people by the first impression and most times this is not correct. Let God show you what that person is really like in life.

    19. Refreshing storyBelieve in God's plan for your life and miracles will happen and He will always be the one true "guiding source"

    20. Short little story about the trials of having a wedding during a blizzard Aptly titled! Good character development for the small amount of writing involved.

    21. What? This one kinda left me hangingI read the other 2 and thought how cutebut then we're introduced to Ivy and Joshua and then the books just end? No story for them? Disappointed

    22. A short novella. Read about Luke and Rachel and their wedding and the obstacles they overcome to have their wedding.

    23. Goodsweet short story about love and happiness. nothing could stop the wedding. not even a snowstorm, flight delays out injury. quick ready to read book that will leave you smiling

    24. Nice short storybook was good but much shorter than I expected. great for reading while waiting in a doctor's office etc. enjoy!

    25. A good readwould recommend this book for all women that believe in love.I give it four stars in romance department :
