    1. Sarah Johnson is a professional juggler in the circus of life Married to her own Mr Darcy for sixteen years, they traveled the world thanks to the US Army Now back in the civilian life and settled in Texas, where she grew up, they focus on homeschooling their six children and participating in church and community activities She can often be found writing a manuscript between spills, science labs, and pencil wars, or late into the night when the house is finally still enough for her imagination to run wild When she has a few spare moments, she enjoys just about anything crafty scrapbooking, painting, sewing, quilting, crocheting basically anything except knitting, a craft she swears few left handers truly ever pick up well.A devotee of all things Jane Austen, she enjoys exploring the story lines Jane never lived long enough to give the world She is often found discussing with her online friends the intricacies of the novels we do have from our dearest author It is these discussions that often lead to the plot bunnies that have now become many stories over the last few years, and hopefully further into the future as well.

    2. This is an adorable mostly angst free P&P what if that imagines that when Jane is invited to Netherfield it is instead snowing and since the carriage isn't available; and Mrs. bennet won't allow her to stay home, Lizzy insists upon walking with her and another sister secretly tags along. When unable to make it to Netherfield due to the rapidly falling snow they seek shelter. Soon they are discovered by Messrs. Bingley and Darcy and the 5 have a fun time while stranded in a tenant's cottage u [...]

    3. A delightfully sweet novella that finds Elizabeth, Jane, and Lydia caught in a snowstorm on the way to Netherfield, taking shelter in an empty cabin and eventually snowed in with Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley. There wasn’t a lot of tension here, but I enjoyed the innocent games they played to pass the time, helping Bingley see that Jane does have feelings for him and allowing Elizabeth to see Darcy in a different light.

    4. 4.5 starsI was looking for something short to read and having bought 4 of this author's book on sale just yesterday, decided to choose one of hers. Kissing games - now are we going to step outside the boundaries of propriety? I was curious to read if this was stretched beyond acceptable variations for me (and others) in the JAFF community.I have to say that this author did an exemplary job here and created a wonderfully sweet rendition. If you are a stickler about adhering to canon then this is [...]

    5. This was my least favorite of the three. I think the most positive thing I can say about this book is I do enjoy stories about P & P characters getting stranded due to weather conditions. I did not enjoy this book though. But I do like the idea.

    6. This was a really fun little story which I would sum up as short and sweet! It begins around the time when Jane is invited to dine at Netherfield Park. Due to the threat of snow and Mrs Bennet's instance that Jane still go to her dinner at Netherfield, Lizzy decides to accompany her sister. And, unbeknownst to them, Lydia decides to follow them as well! Consequently, when the snow begins to fall they must seek shelter in a nearby disused cottage. As panic ensues back at Longbourn, a note is sent [...]

    7. Novella: 3 starsA fun and silly Pride and Prejudice variation about Jane, Lizzy and Lydia who end up trapped in a sort of cottage with Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley when a snow storm hits and they are unable to return home. They spend their time playing what we know as truth-or-dare, and have a good time despite the fact that they are stuck in a snow storm. The story is far-fetched and sometimes a little ridiculous, but it's fun and light-hearted .Audiobook: 5 starsI actually didn't read this novell [...]

    8. A simply enjoyable taleOkay, the first thing I have to say is, "I like this Lydia!" And for me to say that takes a lot of energy!! She acted the proper age, silly and active, yet there was something slightly mature about her. This tale is just another enjoyably short tale that I wish could have been expanded. No angst, just light-hearted fun. Any Janeite would enjoy this tale.

    9. This is a cute short story and exactly as advertised. It is a twist on a compromise variation but includes 3 Bennet sisters and Darcy and Bingley stuck in a cabin during a snow storm. Situations as they where prompted playing games to pass the time. A Regency version of Truth or Dare reveals feelings that were unclear and spark some new ones. Further time in close quarters at Netherfield leads to sweet happily ever afters.

    10. This was a silly bit of fluffery with overly modern language and sensibilities. Nothing overly awful or offensive, but mostly just made me roll my eyes.

    11. I remember this novella as being a cute little read. Jane and Elizabeth go walking to Netherfield and Lydia follows them. They get caught in a snow storm at a deserted cottage. The next day while looking for the sisters, Darcy and Bingley also get caught at the cottage. Lizzy's opinion of Darcy changes while they are all at the cottage. She even lets him court her once they get to Netherfield. Bingley and Jane up together as well as Elizabeth and Darcy. Towards the end of the book they seal thei [...]

    12. So all it takes to win Elizabeth's heart is a kiss? I'm not sure that would work. Her opinion of him certainly changed when they were forced to stay in a cabin together for a few days snowed in. Darcy had no objections to such s Union? That was surprising. Cute short story even though it's not believable.

    13. A Pride and Prejudice story whereby Jane, Elizabeth and Lydia Bennet are caught in a snowstorm on their way to Netherfield Park, and find a deserted cottage to take shelter. The next day they are found by Bingley and Darcy who have to stay until the storm stops. Can affections be shown, can opinions be changed and can characters be altered?

    14. A sweet, lovely short story. I enjoyed listening to Sophie Andrews narration. Her voice made the characters come alive and made it a very enjoyable listen. There was a bit of angst throughout with misunderstandings that were quickly resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed this story.

    15. Just WonderfulEven though this is a short read, it was truly a beautiful love story. I enjoyed watching Lizzy and Mr. Darcy finally expressing their love with a kiss. Their love is now truly sealed with a kiss:)Miz Bluestocking
